Avenorhaus provides the original residential purchaser with a one-year limited cabinet warranty beginning on the delivery date.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers defects in the aluminum cabinet frame, cabinet body, doors, hinges, and factory-applied finish under normal residential use.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover appliances, grills, sinks, faucets, countertops, plumbing, gas equipment, electrical equipment, installation, or utility connections. It also excludes normal wear, cosmetic variation, fading or weathering from ordinary exposure, corrosion caused by salt, chemicals, or improper care, misuse, commercial use, impact, alteration, improper placement, improper installation, inadequate drainage or ventilation, failure to follow local codes, and damage caused by severe weather, flooding, fire, pests, or other external events.
How to make a claim
Email [email protected] with the order number, delivery address, description of the issue, and clear photos. Avenorhaus may request additional photos or reasonable access to inspect the cabinet. For an approved claim, Avenorhaus will repair or replace the covered cabinet part at its discretion. This warranty is not transferable.
