Standard curbside delivery is included for accessible addresses in the contiguous United States. Orders are delivered in 10 to 14 weeks.
Delivery area and access
Included delivery does not cover Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, islands requiring ferry service, restricted-access sites, or international destinations. The customer must provide an accessible curbside unloading location suitable for a freight vehicle and must arrange the people or equipment needed to move each cabinet from the curb to its final position.
Delivery does not include unpacking, debris removal, placement, leveling, anchoring, appliance installation, countertops, plumbing, gas, electrical work, or utility connections.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the shipment before signing the carrier receipt. Note visible damage or missing pieces on the receipt, take clear photos of the packaging and affected cabinet, and email [email protected] within 48 hours. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Cancellations
Email [email protected] within 24 hours of ordering to cancel for a full refund. After 24 hours, production begins and the made-to-order purchase is final sale.
Returns and corrections
After the 24-hour cancellation period, returns are accepted only for verified shipping damage, an incorrect or missing item, or a defect covered by the one-year limited cabinet warranty. Avenorhaus will provide the appropriate repair, replacement, missing part, or refund after verifying the claim. Do not send an item back without written return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
