Qualifying claims after 24 hours
Avenorhaus accepts claims for verified shipping damage, an incorrect or missing item, or a defect covered by the one-year limited cabinet warranty. Email [email protected] with the order number, a description, and clear photos. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Resolution and refunds
Depending on the verified issue, Avenorhaus will provide a repair, replacement, missing part, or refund. Do not ship a cabinet without written return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
