These terms govern purchases from Avenorhaus and use of avenorhaus.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this site.
Products and prices
All KC-14 products are cabinet-only purchases. Refrigerators, grills, sinks, faucets, countertops, plumbing, gas equipment, electrical equipment, installation, and utility connections are not included. Product photos may show these excluded items for context. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Orders and cancellations
An order is accepted when Avenorhaus sends an order confirmation. Avenorhaus may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable delivery access, or inability to fulfill the order. Customers may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, production begins and made-to-order purchases are final sale except for verified damage, incorrect or missing items, or a covered defect.
Delivery and installation
Standard curbside delivery to accessible contiguous-US addresses is included and takes 10 to 14 weeks. The customer is responsible for unloading beyond the curb, placement, leveling, anchoring, appliance fit, clearances, ventilation, drainage, utility capacity, and compliance with local codes. Licensed trades must install appliances and complete regulated plumbing, gas, and electrical work.
Warranty and liability
The one-year limited cabinet warranty is described on the Warranty page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenorhaus is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, site conditions, excluded appliances or fixtures, third-party installation, or utility work. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
